About Mark Hopper

Greetings. My name is Mark Hopper and I paint miniatures. I have been painting since 2009 after picking the hobby back up on a whim while walking past a Games Workshop in the local mall. I have since been learning every thing I can about the art of miniature painting, watching videos, reading tutorials, and making lots of friends within the industry. Not only is miniature painting a great stress reliever and a great hobby, but I have met some great people and made some lasting friendships.

I live near Seattle Washington with my wife Stephanie, our daughter Taryn, and our two dogs Cody and Barrett. I work for the Boeing Company as a technical designer on their 777 jet-liner. In my spare time, aside from painting, I enjoy playing video games, camping, fishing, and watching movies.
